Eldorado KM75
3-axis CNC gundrilling
The Eldorado KM75 features a “knee” fixture table to provide 3-axis CNC gundrilling capability. The machine is ideal for producing hole patterns in one set up, such as manifolds or mold matrices. Drill capacity is 0.039 to 0.75 inches (1.0 to 19.1 mm). Drill slide travel in the Z-axis is 48 inches (1219 mm), with table travel of 24 inches (610 mm) in the X-axis and 12 inches (305 mm) in the Y-axis.
The KM75 has our 2,500 psi (170 bar) coolant system as well as a Microsoft Windows®-based controls package with CNC G-Code programming capability. Various fixturing options are available.
